Malaysia Airlines has just launched the sale of the summer for those hoping to pick up some last minute savings for travel Down Under.

Whether it’s to follow the British & Irish Lions, escape the patchy UK weather, hit the ski fields of New Zealand or to bag some winter sun, travellers will be able to indulge in up to 25 per cent savings on both business and economy class fares to destinations across Australia and New Zealand.

Savings of up to £260 are to be gained with return economy sale fares from London Heathrow at just £759 to Perth, £779 to Melbourne and Adelaide, £789 to Sydney and Brisbane and £859 to Auckland.

Return business class fares from London Heathrow have been reduced by anincredible £720 for some round trips with fares starting at £2859 to Melbourne and Perth, £2869 to Sydney and Adelaide, £2879 to Brisbane and £3,109 to Auckland.

These special low fares can be booked throughout the month of June for travel between the 1 and 20 June, and later in the year from 15 August to 17 October, 1 November to 5 December and 24 December to 21 March 2014.
